π Returns
Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products (e.g. custom hampers, Rakhis, cards), we do not accept returns unless the item received is:
- Damaged during transit
- Incorrect or incomplete (missing items)
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
πΈ Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Your order was cancelled before dispatch
- The product was defective, damaged, or incorrect and could not be replaced
- The package was lost in transit (verified by the courier partner)
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5β7 business days to the original payment method.
π Replacements
Where possible, we offer free replacements for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items shipped
Replacements will be dispatched within 2β4 business days after claim approval.
β Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
