Due to the personalized and perishable nature of our products (e.g. custom hampers, Rakhis, cards), we do not accept returns unless the item received is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Incorrect or incomplete (missing items)

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

πŸ’Έ Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Your order was cancelled before dispatch
  • The product was defective, damaged, or incorrect and could not be replaced
  • The package was lost in transit (verified by the courier partner)

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Where possible, we offer free replacements for:

Replacements will be dispatched within 2–4 business days after claim approval.
